Coriander & lime-cured salmon on pickled cucumber with a light wasabi dressing & smoked caviar
Spiced goats cheese parcels on walnut & grape salad with balsamic syrup & roquette
Nut roasted beets with grilled asparagus & confit duck. Served with watercress & hazelnut dressing
Panfried Foie Gras on poached pear & marinated date salad with caramelised walnuts & balsamic syrup

Main Course Options:

Rosemary & garlic studded lamb roasts with celeriac puree, green beans and balsamic-roasted tomato
Beef Wellingtons with pea puree, broccoli and almond butter, plum chutney and basil pesto. 
Pan-roasted duck breast on spinach & oyster mushrooms with a confit & foie gras ravioli on sweet potato puree
Sundried tomato and Mozzarella-stuffed chicken on roasted Mediterranean vegetables and crispy polenta
Grilled Guinea fowel on green beans & snowpeas with mango salsa and gingered mango couli.
Confit salmon on beetroot risotto with braised spring onion and horseradish mousse
