Our ‘Treat Me’ menu takes it to the next level where you are not only fed well, you are dined well. This is the menu you would choose if you are wanting a well presented meal at the end of your day. No ‘one-pot-wonders’ here, this is more a ‘pan-seared’ or ‘oven-roasted’ kind of fare. This is where we serve you at the table a stunning spread made from the freshest ingredients. Home cooking at it’s best!


Day 1

Spiced goats cheese parcel on roquette, grape & walnut pesto salad

Dukkah-roasted lamb steaks with creamy polenta, balsamic-roasted tomato, spinach & oyster mushrooms

Cointreau and cranberry bread & butter pudding with whipped cream & orange syrup

 

Day 2

Creamy coconut, sweet potato & chilli soup with baby leek & coriander salad

Pan roasted mozzarella-stuffed chicken breast wrapped in Black Forest ham on ratatouille.
Served with roasted rosemary Hasselback potatoes.

Rich chocolate & raspberry torte with raspberry sorbet


 

Day 3

Carrot & star anise soup with crispy croutons and coriander

Pan roasted beef steaks on roasted winter vegetables with basil pesto & home made chutney

Orange & vanilla creme brulees with fresh fruits & whipped Chantilly cream

 

Day 4

Red onion, beetroot & goats cheese tart with walnut & roquette salad

Black Forest ham-wrapped & Black Pudding-stuffed roasted pork
with buttered fluffy quenelles on creamy leeks & watercress. Served with pear compot

Genepi & rosemary ice cream on almond frangipane tarts with Hokey Pokey (Honeycomb to you Brits)

 

Day 5

White fish, smoked salmon & basil cream chowder

Crispy chicken supreme on ginger stir-fried vegetables with a mango couli and a mango salsa

Hot chocolate fondants with strawberries & white chocolate ice cream

 

Day 6

Orange, date & mint salad on spiced feta and lemon-infused olive oil

Panfried salmon on roasted sweet potato, chorizo, olive, chilli & coriander. Served with salsa verde

Caramel & Baileys cheesecake with Honeycomb cream and salted butterscotch sauce


Each of these menus have wines carefully selected to go with each dish.
